How do I add my pet?
Open the app โ tap the + button on the Home screen โ enter your pet's name, species, breed and date of birth.
Can I share with my family?
Yes โ go to your pet's profile โ Family sharing โ invite a relative by email. They'll get an invite link to install the app and join.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Premium is managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store app โ tap your avatar โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ FamilyPet+ โ Cancel.
How can I delete my account?
In the app: Settings โ My data โ Delete account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap Forgot password? โ we'll send a reset link to your email.
