How do I add my pet?

Open the app โ†’ tap the + button on the Home screen โ†’ enter your pet's name, species, breed and date of birth.

Can I share with my family?

Yes โ€” go to your pet's profile โ†’ Family sharing โ†’ invite a relative by email. They'll get an invite link to install the app and join.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Premium is managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store app โ†’ tap your avatar โ†’ Payments & subscriptions โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ FamilyPet+ โ†’ Cancel.

How can I delete my account?

In the app: Settings โ†’ My data โ†’ Delete account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

I forgot my password

On the login screen tap Forgot password? โ€” we'll send a reset link to your email.
